7.9 rating on bookings.com is a joke. Need to commend the reception staff, professional, nice and polite. Apart from that the whole place is like 10 years overdue for a major overhaul. Walls are dirty, screens are dirty, anything above 170cm is dusty. Lighting is very weak in general, three of the bulbs were out in our room (under the cabinet in kitchen, rangehood, masterbedroom). Rang and advised my international flight was delayed lady advised they would be open until 8:30pm arrived 8pm reception closed. The reception lady finally walked down after I rang the out of hrs number 5 times and was so rude treating me like a bum off the street. I think she forgot customer service is what drives their business🤣😂. Guess what you lost the rest of my business - respect and courtesy goes along way especially you as a foreigner managing an accomodation business in Australia.and a 20year local of Cairns

Perfect for our night in Cairns. We required 2BR unit close to the hospital and our unit was perfect. Communication with staff was 5 star. Thank you.
