The absolute worst customer service. Do yourself a favour and drive to Townsville! Car never arrived, had to continue to chase my deposit to get it returned. The sales experience was fantastic and extremely quick. Good communication. The service department has always had quick responses when booking a service. However if you call them to book in for an issue you get no response A month after the 10k service I had a light come up on my dash, I have called twice no answer. Called another time and admin answered said they would pass it on to service and call me back. No one has. Still waiting
