10-10-25 We stayed here for a wedding up the road but wish we just got an Uber ride from city centre. At first appearance the place was nice and friendly staff. We got to our room and thought it wasn’t too bad. Once we started looking, the fridge was dirty, the plates were dirty as well as the cutlery had all old food stuck to them and stains. Doskonale tu odpoczeliśmy. Bardzo przyjemny apartament. 20 metrów do oceanu. Autobus kursujący co godzinę do Cairns zatrzymuje się tuż obok.
Was looking forward to coming to Cairns, but staying here was a major let down. Our room was infested with cockroaches and place is filthy. We honestly expected the “resort” to be better than it actually is. Will never stay here again.
Ruby in Reception is welcoming and always friendly. The position of the resort is perfect, just a short stroll across the road to Holloways Beach and a fantastic cafe too! Just a 10 minute drive on a double laned road gets you into Cairns city. The Resort tropical gardens are beautifully maintained and a credit to the Resort managers. The apartment we stayed in was very adequate, but needing a little spruce up. There was plenty of undercover car parking on site, but they were quite tight parking bays to negotiate.
