I brought my Pajero there and the job is done. It took a bit longer than expected, but what can you do? If the parts take longer to arrive, it’s not on them. I’m happy with the work and will use their services again in the future. Cheers.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A ROADWORTHY! Either this shop is a bunch of scam artists or they cannot read. They refused RWC for a small crack in the bottom of windshield and after being properly fixed by O’Briens, still refused. They referenced the QLD Inspection Manual and reckons it wouldn’t be accepted. After a quick search I found the manual and read the windshield part where it clearly specified that the repair would pass. Needed a late notice Road Worthy Certificate. Cairns Auto Works were able to fit me in same day to get it done. Ilja very helpful with process.
Charged double what they quoted. Claims to be a Subaru specialist but put the wrong "next service due" interval on the sticker. They were fully aware of what was required and should have called me if they hadn't given me the right estimate. They didn't even reset the car service computer so I've got 12 months of my car telling me my service is due. Charletan. I wouldn't let them within a mile of my car.
