Very disappointing. When I made my appointment I was not told that if I had a pension card there would be no charge in lieu of $200. My card was in the post from Centrelink and I confirmed this to them but I still had to pay. If I had been told this up front I would have delayed my appointment by a week. A subsequent request to the manager was also unsuccessful. I have been under the care of Matthew for about 7 years & couldn't be happier with his very professional & extremely friendly treatment. I have also found the reception staff friendly & very obliging. It is nice to deal with a local company.
