Gerard really does go the extra mile to help. His manner is always pleasant and he is one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever experienced.
We saw Matthew to check our 2 year old son's hearing. Our son usually hates anything medical and screams as soon as someone comes near him. Matthew was excellent with him, made the whole process a game and in return we got an amazing result for our son, having all tests completed with no hassle. The practice got us in quickly, were friendly at all steps and when combined with Matthew's skill, I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.
Very quick to get a booking to service my hearing aid to remove stubbon wax filter. Great service...great professionals. Hearing aid back working again. I will continue to use Cairns Audiology for all my hearing needs. They are honest and customer focussed....not out to mislead or rip you off
