Dr Christine March and Dr Allan Wong are fantastic. The practice staff are friendly efficient and very helpful, I can always get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe and there is plenty of parking.
The receptionist Lily was very impatient. Once she realized I speak Chinese, she switched to Chinese but had a very poor attitude. She kept interrupting me while I was speaking, which made me feel quite helpless and extremely uncomfortable. She also tried to end the conversation very quickly and would hang up the phone straight away. The doctors and nurses are all very good, but because of this experience, I usually don’t want to call.

I am very saddened to see how much this once well-established medical clinic has declined. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and remember when Dr Mike was practicing and the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Those were very different and much better times. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.
