I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! VERY professional, knowledgeable and fast! Once we got the approval from the insurance company, they completed the roof within the week. It took exactly one day to install. Ian went to battle for me with the insurance company, too! The stingy insurance company approved us for a lot less than what was needed. 6/2025. Emmanuel, Vladimir, Kenny and they rest of the crew did my roof and front siding in 1 day! I have received so many compliments from my neighbors. I can't say enough about Cairn. 2023. Jesus and his crew were so professional and skilled! They installed my new gutters quickly, no fuss, no problems. I highly recommend.
Quality work at a fair price. They were able to get the right vinyl siding and did the repair work quickly and when promised.
Ian has a refreshing personality for a roofer—kind, generous, and easygoing. He’s not your typical gruff contractor and brings a calm, professional presence to the job. He’s also up to date on the latest technologies that make your roofing project smoother such as using drones when necessary. Highly recommend having Ian inspect your roof!
