They recently took over ANCHO in Irvine. Now ANCHO were always poor, however now the delays in getting anything addressed is beyond a joke. Been left with contaminated drinking water for over a week now after their contractors carried out a sewage repair. The Asset Management office is staffed by individuals who don't even understand their own roles, they cannot organise, project manage, see works through, they aren’t even conversant with current legislation and yet will attempt to claim you have no recourse for this or that... read more
Helpful until you get in the door and then it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office. Unprofessional. They just ignore emails and phone calls once they take your money
Poor, poor organisation; we have been in our new build accommodation since October 2022 and been plagued by faults and severe lack of responses from Cairn and their nominated sub-contractors. We have promised the earth to resolve some serious issues concerning our heating controls systems and now 19/01/2024, these repetative issues have not been resolved.
