Fobs to building stop working because of short power outage on weekend, cant get ahold of anyone cause office is closed, ridiculous
This company just had the county send us a bill for $385 because they sent the police to our house even after the Cairns representative spoke with us on the phone and knew that there was a false alarm at our house! Disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour from the person on reception. Treat your customers with respect and stop putting in false reports to the police and wasting their time. We'll be looking elsewhere for security monitoring!
