I live in one of the cairn communities. I just got a final notice to mow grass. It says the final notice date is Thursday October 23rd, date issued supposedly Friday October 23rd, but date to mow is monday October 23rd. Fine will be 100$ and they will do a forced mow, but then charge 10$ a day until mowed. How does any of this make sense? Grass is not that too high, it hasn't even been raining.. but when I want to call to communicate our mower is broken, none of the phone numbers work yet. Within one week of moving in and I haven’t been able to feel settled or comfortable in my own home. I’m pregnant and have gotten poor sleep since being here. They did not do their job and make sure the home is ready for new tenants. Upon walking in, there were dead roaches in cabinets/sinks and bad water pressure. Later that night I saw many baby roaches on a bathroom floor. We were given help with pest control but that’s just not enough. We live in the Okc community. We have running raw sewer in our yard that is making us sick. The manager is hateful and has not done nothing to stop this problem for a year. Corporate stays hidden so u can't contact them. Do not move here unless u want to smell poop and see toilet paper kotex diapers in your front yard by the door. Smells like poop all the time. I need corporate to get a hold of us. This is really a dangerous situation
Don't move here run away fast. We have raw sewage running in my yard, they won't do anything about it & I've called the office the lady in office is very hateful everytime I talk to her. Very nasty people. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! Been here a year & nothing ever gets done this happens every week or two never gets fixed she even raises her voice to me she is a very nasty person
We live in Bastrop, Texas Cairn community. I have been here 1 year, have never been late on my lot rent. I asked for a storage room when I moved in, still don't have one! I am 82 years old and can't afford to move my mobile home. A large tree limb fell in our yard recently, they cut the limb down, but the cut up limb is still there.
