Ashwood village is unprofessional, rude and takes money from the renters. Office manager dates the maintenance man who don't do any fixing. You can't get through the main office to talk to there office. They stole my washer and dryer and won't give it back.. this place is horrible! And I have many people who Re moving or have moved, other than myself who will tell you it's worst place to go and live
Will steal your deposit and charge you for things that were previously wrong with the home before you moved in. Do not recommend to anyone.

Johanna woods park owned by carin community I have lived here 4 years and in the 90s as well the park used to be a family place well unfortunately now they are a corporate park. Some things are great The size Lott and driveways. I'm Sure not all the communities are dump's but I so happened to get lucky and buy my brand new home at Kensington Place in Maryville Tennessee and I want to warn anyone thinking of purchasing a home in here to look elsewhere. I was made to pay my first month and a deposit totaling $875.42, 10/4/24 not getting in our home for almost 2 weeks later, to turn around a week later and pay another lot payment of $471.68, 11/1/24 after just shelling out $2,000. for The home.
