My daughter sees Tracey for a number of medical issues, including massage for sports injuries. Tracey always provides a comforting, relaxing atmosphere, where my daughter can heal. No matter what condition we are dealing with Tracey responds quickly and professionally and is always caring.
I have been a client of Tracey’s for many years and suffer from fibromyalgia. Tracey has the ability to comfortably treat the fibro and conditions that come with it. As a therapist she understands this medical condition and is always effective in her treatment. I am a client for life!
I often entertain in my home, However I always end up with my back hurting so badly because of the work that’s involved. The last time I had a party I decided to get a massage hours before from Tracey. The party was wonderful and much to my surprise, for the first time I had no back pain!
I had several health concerns when I started getting therapy at Cairde Wellness. I had difficulty getting in and out of my car and being mobile at work. I get a massage once a week and the difference is amazing I don’t hurt getting in and out of my car or at work. The level of care is wonderful and I would highly recommend getting therapy from Cairde Wellness.

I have been given so much relief by Tracey's massages. I feel relaxed and refreshed. My muscle tension from carrying a backpack around all day has dramatically decreased after receiving these massages. I highly recommend going here; you won't be disappointed. Tracey is a sweet woman, with a wonderful skill!
As soon as you walk into the massage studio, you'll relax. The clean, calm atmosphere will immediately allow you to let down your guard. You'll feel safe and warm on the table . . . you can even request it be heated! Intuitively, the therapists hands will go where your body needs it most. And, if you have a specific problem, just speak up, and it will be fixed before you leave. Try it. Worth every penny!
