I live out in the country close to a small town. Therefore it is hard to get quality work done at any price. Cains HVAC gets an Excellent in all stages of work! Stage 1-Called them for an estimate . They schedule a visit in a couple days later. That was during HVAC busy season. They showed up when they said they would and conducted an onsite assessment of the work that need to be done. I live in the middle of nowhere, thought I'd be without AC for a few days while it got sorted. They were at my house in SIX MINUTES (happened to be in the area already, thank God). Had me back up and running in an hour despite having to rebuild my blower assembly with a new motor. SO GOOD. Love these guys.

If you have an old system that needs a bandaid Spencer can do it…if you need a new system, his staff is incompetent, they did not install a system for me, they couldn’t even get an estimate together after being requested 3 separate occasions. They kept sending out “repairmen” at $500-$1000 a visit just refilling Freon knowing it was leaking. Borderline unethical

This is the only place we call. The owners are great people with the highest standards of integrity and service. They stand behind their work and the work of their employees. They truly care about their customers. Old fashioned costumer service with modern day technology and knowledge!
