Cains installed new HVAC units. A/C worked for only 6 weeks when the new breaker box James installed shorted out. James Cain charged me $200 cash for the repair which was clearly his responsibility due to improper installation. 3 days later, A/C unit stopped cooling. 4 days after that he shows up and says the refrigerant is low, added more to the unit. They showed up on time which is rare now a days. They used drop clothes from my front door to the attic so my carpet wouldn't get damaged. They were very polite and explained everything about my system to me and showed me how to program my thermostat. My system runs great and they did a great job cleaning up when they were done
