Long time patron of Cain's and with that said, I really didn't want to have to leave a negative review, but the last four times I have needed to call in refills I have been spoken to rudely. Most often when I have called in refills in the past, the employee answering the phone has greeted me and asked if I had the prescription numbers handy. This makes total sense as well.
