The Big Lady up front Stacy is the most unprofessional person in the world, terrible customer service!!
You can’t make an actual appointment time, they have all the dogs come in first thing in the morning which means they sit in these tiny awful cages for hours before they are seen. The cage was tiny and my border doodle couldn’t even hardly stand or turn around in it. Last time my dog was there for 8 hours! She was terrified when I picked her up. They also didn’t listen to grooming instruction twice and fully cut her entire beard off after I specifically asked them to leave her beard as that is her breed’s look. I think they ... read more

Horrible experience, groomer cut my dog which ended in a call saying my dog needed to be taken to vet ER. I’m so disappointed and saddened. Please please take your time

I can’t say enough of good things about Cain’s Dog House. We boarded our babies while we were out of town and they took such great care of them and even sent me videos of them playing each day so I could see they were okay. We will definitely be back!
