Worst recommendation ever! Wasted my time and money, could've just went to the dealership and caused less issues.
The worst experience I've ever had with mechanics. Spend almost $700. The initial issue was not fixed and now we ended up with more issues we did not have before. Do not recommend.
I was traveling from Florida to New England when I had issues with my sprinter van. AAA came and got me going but suggested I have the battery checked and recommended Cain’s. John got me right in and checked the battery, which was original to my 2017 van, and told me it needed to be replaced. John installed a new battery and had me back on the road within the hour. I was very pleased with the friendly, honest service John provided.
They treat me like family and truly take care of my truck!
