I was 30 minutes late to my 5:00PM Oil Change and Winter tires. They close at 6 and I had a choice of one or the other due to time. They decided to stay late and complete both. Cain's is amazing, the best place to get your vehicle worked on. I am so grateful for these guys words cannot express.
I was on holidays last week in the area of this garage. I needed an oil change badly. My friend recommended Cain’s to me and I am so grateful that they did. If I’m in the area and need work again I know who to call. Thanks guys.
My one and only experience with Cain’s leaves a lot to be desired. Professionalism is seriously lacking in the way the office interacts with customers, not just with my experience but other local people that have gone to Cain’s. Myself, my family and friends will not be returning to Cains again. I can go into greater detail, if and how this review is responded to. If you read the other 1 star reviews, it’s clear the owners can not take criticism, and further proves the lack of professionalism.
