Do NOT give them ANY money until you contact the company they are alleging to represent. I contacted the company and they said I don't owe them anything
I don’t know if this company is run by millennials, but they seriously think it is acceptable to send text messages as their attempt to collect a debt? I wouldn’t be surprised if we owed the debt considering the management that was in charge of our company’s finances a year ago. The problem I have is that they failed to produce any proof of this debt. So if someone new is in charge, how are they supposed to reconcile without paperwork? Called about an account that I had recently paid off and spoke with a woman named Olivia. Quite possibly one of the most rudest and disrespectful people I have ever talked to in my life. Considering that my debt was paid, I do not understand the attitude! These low lifes collect debt and there customer service is trash! You just wait Olivia. I am just getting started. Whats next? On to the B.B.B. to file a complaint.
