I went to a few visits with Dr. Robert Cain a few years ago and had a procedure done. The office staff were nice and the office itself was very high tech. Going in, the office staff and Dr. Cain said everything would be covered by insurance. When we left the last visit i thought everything was taken care of. THEN, a year later, we received a collection notice from a collection company stating we hadn't paid our bill and we paid it six months prior. I have paperworks to prove it.
