I adore working with Stephanie! She is very easy to understand and has a very technical eye. She is encouraging in her affirmations of our progress and her correction of our form. I was nervous because I am not a good swimmer (yet) and I worried about the progress I would make but after 2 sessions with her, I have seen great progress in my form. I would highly recommend her to all of my friends.
Stefanie has the most amazing energy and tenacity. She works with clients of all ages but has been recognized and honored for her work with clients 50+ years of age. If you're looking for top notch triathlon training...call now!
