To whom it may concern… I Would like to bring this matter to your attention. My vehicle was sent to BMW of North Canton by body shop , they kept my vehicle there for over a month and have not fix what was there to begin with but instead , intentionally unplugged some wires in my vehicle and then turn around told me there was something else wrong with it, and can’t communicate to my ECU , might need to replace it , potentially to charge me for more time to diagnose and repair. Great service..
Bought a used car here in 2019. They told me it was clean, no accidents. It was being sold for cheap because they "just wanted it off the lot." Come 2025, I'm trying to sell it, and I'm getting terrible offers because it was in an accident that I was not informed of. Definitely got lied to. Thanks a lot, Cain.
Avoid this place at all cost. Everyone ia super rude here! Had the worst experience ever.
