It took me three days to get a new tire for my BMW X3 at the dealership… No loaner car, only excuses, and the service manager was the lead excuse maker. Very disappointed. Sadly, we have to go 30 minutes away for the other dealership In the future.
Booked an “appointment” for 8:30am as a “waiter” for rear brake pads & rotors. Checked in @ 8:15am, car was not taken back until 9:30ish. Just like going to the doctor’s office & having to wait way past scheduled time. Figure an extra hour into the wait time if you go here, because this is the 2nd time this has happened to me! Went in for brakes and they gave me a list of things they wanted to replace. One thing was shocks. I knew they were wearing a bit, but never felt any bumps or rattles and the car drive nicely. Drove it home and now the shocks are bottoming out and the steering now has play in the wheel. I called and they basically called me a liar and will not even look into it. And they also charge over $50 just to dispose of the brake pads they replaced. Scam artists.
To whom it may concern… I Would like to bring this matter to your attention. My vehicle was sent to BMW of North Canton by body shop , they kept my vehicle there for over a month and have not fix what was there to begin with but instead , intentionally unplugged some wires in my vehicle and then turn around told me there was something else wrong with it, and can’t communicate to my ECU , might need to replace it , potentially to charge me for more time to diagnose and repair.
