Fixed a leak in our basement, tracked it down to our refrigerator water line. That probably started leaking b/c I would pull the fridge out to clean behind it every few month. He had to cut out the drywall behind but fixed it up better so I could pull the fridge out to clean dust and not worry about the line coming loose. On another occasion we had him run us a gas line to put a gas grill on our deck and he did a nice job for far less than what gas companies were trying to charge us.
