When Caila's started cleaning my house it was 2 workers for 3 hours so 6 hours total. When that went down to 2 workers for 1.5hrs, I asked for a reduction in price of not 50 percent but about 20%. I was denied so I realized Caila's was more interested in making money off of me than actually serving me. I also had to change my schedule to fit their schedule. You would have thought they would work with me for my schedule but I had to change my schedule to fit with their schedule.
We had such a wonderful experience with Caila's Cleaning Crew, from the very first phone call to the day-of service and follow-up reminders, everything was handled with care and professionalism.
