Cai was great to communicate with. His service was fast and he got the job done. We had older carpets in my apartment suite but they looked better after he cleaned them upon being cleaned previously on move in! Would recommend again for sure

Guy did a decent job But machine was to small and carpets still wet 2 days out. For same price I'd go 'truck mounted' unit' And thus suck more moisture out.
