friendly staff. fast unloading 45 min. all the best recommendations
This place is so slow, it does not matter if you have an appt! They only moved fast for their own trucks. I had an 8:30am appt. I got a door quick(That's where the 2 stars are coming from) but they didn't start to unload until 10am. Even after they finished Unloading almost 2 hrs later, I didn't get my signed BOL to leave until 12.
Was unloaded 35 minutes after my appointment time, grateful!!!
I parked here overnight back right into the dock shipping office up at 6:00 am they will unload before you appointment time if the same day as your appointment if they have time 45 minutes to unload 22 pallets 194.06 Lumper fee I stayed in the dock for another 4 hours after I paid my lumper fee waiting for my next load they are nice people at this facility plenty of space
Mike unloaded me in fifteen minutes, literally! Kind conversationalist & put drivers at ease with his will to assist with paperwork. Overall nice guy.
