I am giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. Very happy with the quality of the job done by Mark and his crew. I wish I knew a trustworthy contractor like Cahill for all other house repairs and renovations. They also cleaned up and leave the house surroundings like nothing had happened.
We contacted a roofing company to replace our 25-year-old roof, based on strong recommendations from our neighbors. Initially, when I requested a quote, the salesperson seemed rushed and said it wasn’t necessary to inspect the areas I was concerned about, which made me hesitant. Called Cahill roofing to have the my roof on the garage re-shingled. Talked to Mark and he gave us an affordable quote for premium materials. He had planned on doing my roof on a Saturday, but because of the weather, he pulled his amazing crew together and did my roof the same day as my neighbors roof. When we decided to have our Londonderry roof replaced, we knew who had done an extraordinary on our Nashua Condo. Mark gave us a competitive quote, then stopped by to take a close look the night before. He said he would be here at 7:00am and was here on time and the work started, he was more concerned about our dogs having access to the yard then we were. Big Wind blew some ridge shingles off. I called Cahill Roofing on Monday and Mark came out Tuesday and fixed the problem. Additionally, He saw a few issues and fixed those as well. Will hire him for any future issues.
