Noel is the best! The staff is always great and always have smiles everyone is just great. Good people who are truly concerned about the patient.
Shame on you for this email. You lost a client forever. This is ridiculous. Yes you should call customers back by end of day or the next day. Not charge them to do so. Hire more people if you can’t handle the volume or do better at consultation to avoid most calls. You’re dealing with an internal problem that’s creating all those phone calls so deal with that so you don’t have to get all the phone calls. This is very embarrassing for you.
Overall experience has been good. Dr Winkler was very caring and listened very well. I love all the Nps I’ve seen. Especially Haley Whitley. The staff is very nice and caring. My experience has been very good with Cahaba Pain. Also wait times are awesome Lisa Fout
Dr Winkler has outstanding bedside manner—kind, patient, and truly listens to my needs. I am a registered nurse and have been dealing with back and knee pain for years. The Cahaba Pain team has really been awesome working with me in finding ways to help alleviate my pain so that I can continue to care for my patients. Highly recommend!!
The staff and physicians are very nice and professional. The providers cover a wide range of services right in the same location. Physicians have a GREAT bedside manner in that they do not rush through your appointment and are very thorough in examining and explaining your diagnosis/ procedure in a manner that you understand. I love this place and have recommended to others as well.
