I enjoyed my experience with the care team. Everyone is sweet and take time to find out what's going on with their patients.
This establishment is a great place. The staff is always friendly. My appointments always start on time or very close to it. They give you the option to be sedated or NOT for procedures. Which I love bc sedation takes forever to wear off and it is a whole day or two of grogginess for me. Without sedation I can drive myself and I love that. I refer my massage therapy clients and health coaching clients here all the time. Just a short drive from Tuscaloosa and you are respected, heard and treated like a person, not a $.
Overbooked and understaffed. My appointment was at 8 AM, I arrived at 7:45 and due to paperwork issues then it was after lunch before they could see me after finally getting the paperwork issues resolved. A 30 minute appointment turned into an all day event.
Ashley was very professional. Over the time she always encourage that everything going to be well. The staff seems to always greet and make you feel like you are at home. Great Job !
