Ashley, NP - zero bedside manner, basically saying it’s all in my head (“there’s a physical mindset and a mental mindset”) when my blood pressure suggests otherwise. I don’t recall ever seeing her before, I’ve enjoyed Cahaba pain and Spine but this provider is terrible.
I greatly appreciate Cahaba Pain & Spine Care for accepting me as a patient when I needed a new Pain Management Physician. They have been so very passionate and supportive in my healthcare needs. They take the time to listen to me address all of my concerns. I really appreciate them for all they have done for me so far!

My office visits with Natalie and Dr. Thoma has been amazing. Manage my fibromyalgia and RSD. I have been with Dr. Thoma for 16 years. Will always stay with his practice. I'm so thankful for Dr. Thoma and staff.
