Kathleen McCumber and her staff was great and pleasant to work with... very knowledgeable in my child custody/support case. She was always available to answer all of my questions and made "the process" easier to go through. Thank you Kathleen and Staff.
Kathleen M McCumber is not professional or helpful to divorce clients. I was overcharged for the small amount of work she did on my case and then she charged me for filing documents that she never even bothered to create. She refused to reduce the charges, even once there was clear evidence that the documents in question didn't exist. I am much happier using a larger law firm where my new attorney has a boss that she answers to for her actions. Kathleen McCumber was not a competent advocate for me and my kids as she claims to be in her initial consultation. She charged me an initial retainer and promised she would remain dedicated to my case. She did attend one hearing and pressured me into signing an agreement that I did not feel was appropriate. I was stupid to trust her and now my kids and I have been forced from our home, my ex has access to all the community funds and I have NONE and I had to hire a second attorney after firing McCumber to try to clean up her ... read more
She hates kids!! She will lie to you and tell you she has all this pull with the judges. Then she will take your money and lose purposely lose yoyur case for you. Then your kids will end up in a horrible crime ridden place because of her and her evil lies. If you care about your kids and there well being,please stay away from her. If you have good Christian values please boycott her and her evil ways.
Kathleen McCumber represented me in my divorce earlier this year and her services were great! She helped guide me through a difficult time in my life and her and her office were always kind and helpful. Yes, sometimes she is hard to reach on the phone, but she always responded in detail to my emails or had her assistant get back to me with any questions I had. KATHLEEN MCCUMBER RARELY, IF EVER, RETURNS PHONE CALLS; HER "CLERK" GIVES OUT WRONG INFORMATION, BUT THAT'S THE BEST YOU CAN GET SINCE MS. MCCUMBER DOESN'T BOTHER TO RETURN PHONE CALLS OR REPLY WITH MORE THAN ONE OR TWO WORD, INSUFFICIENT RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS EMAILED.
