I don't have a problem with Cagle – I have caled on Cagle's several times over the past couple of years. From an old Dodge mini-van to a hard to find past japan model. They had either had the part or contacted another local yard that did. I understand the economy will not allow a business to have 15 or 20 extra hands standing around trying to find a $3 part so waiting may be involved. but none of my waits have been for more than 15 minutes or so to be waited on and then whatever time needed to pull the part if not stocked on... read more
Worst customer service in any auto parts dealer – When you put on a reciept that you will except back parts in the same condition as sold with the exception of electrical parts customers tend to take you up on that offer from time to time. And if you take 15% off of the price as stated for a handling charge that's fine too. But to lie in writing to a customer and then try to make up excuses for why you won't take them back is uncalled for. I do not recommend that anyone ever use them.
