Ha sido una experiencia horrible. Para probar el GPS en mi nuevo Samsung Galaxy s26 ultra puse el GPS y no hablaba pero esa no fue la experiencia más horrible. A pesar que me fijé que puse correcta la dirección de mi clínica que la visitó con mucha frecuencia y sé perfectamente dónde está situada cuando llegué a ella en contra de las indicaciones del GPS que me quería llevar en sentido opuesto a la clínica mía, me dice que estaba llegando cuando ya estaba parqueado en la misma clínica. When I started there things were very good. But it has change a lot.i have Carpal tunnel since Sept.And till this day they haven't done anything to help me. The service is not the same, .I may change soon.The communication is not good .Trouble to get things done.
I am only giving 1 star because I have to. Front desk persons are rude, they place you on hold for extended periods of time looking for someone who " speaks Spanish. " I called back for the 5th time and spoke in Spanish and finally got some where. Not even 45 seconds later, the English speaker called me and as I was explaining what happened the original front person who gave me the WRONG NUMBER to the dental clinic initially, caught an attitude with me. BE AWARE.

At Caggigas they hire Uneducated rude front desk employees who doesn’t know how to communicate.in a friendly manner!. They don’t have the latest knowledge in how to send emails for my mom’s medical doctor and lab reports.. which I request several times. I even went in to sigh for documents to release them to me .. So far no email response. The front desk made my mom last Friday sit while she waited more than fifteen mins to hand her paper medical reports.
