Having gone through a death in the family and other financial problems, management had never failed to be flexible and accommodating with regards to my payment. Will definitely consider utilizing them again in the future.
Tom & Alex were very nice and I was able to take care of the procedure to rent out my storage locker.
I have enjoyed using cage self storage (Valley Storage) in Dillsburg. The manager was very helpful in understanding my unique storage need and worked with me. The facility is very clean and is open late. It is well designed and thus it is easy to get in and out of. I highly recommend it.
Tom was great to work with on arranging and securing rental unit. Very courteous and friendly. Units are a little old, but have been updated and cleaned. I feel that my stuff is safe at Valley Storage!

Valley Storage on Leitersburg Pike is a great storage business. I needed some short-term storage since I was new to the area and they had reasonable prices with both climate controlled and non-climate controlled bays. The prices were reasonable and they have a wonderful "refer a friend" program that will get $50 off for a months fees for both you and your referral! Can't beat that. Valley storage is a great place, in 7 years of renting, no problems with water or bugs. Chuck (manager) is very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Thanks for everything Chuck!
Great location, price & service! Perfect location and size of units. The price is very reasonable, more so than any other facility in the area. The facility is very well secured. Barbara was great! She was very attentive to our needs and very helpful in the completion of our contract for our unit. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a storage unit in the Dillsburg area.
Very kind and courteous service, never had any issues while there. They always have someone there to answer any questions needed and the call line for overnight questions have always been helpful. 10/10
