This is not the place to keep your dog if you are unsure of pick up time and need flexible schedules. My dog was kept outside majority of the day, the owner said he would go inside at night. The owner did not explain pick up times at drop off and ended up calling me at 5:30 on the day of pick up stating she owns a normal business with normal business hours but this was not stated at drop off. I scheduled with her a week in advance. When the date approached for me to bring the dogs I called her to make sure everything was still set in place. She did not answer me. So my dad called & she declined his call also. So after that I texted her & i’ve yet to hear back from her even though this was a few weeks ago.

We had a fantastic experience with Cage N Kennels. Very clean, owners are dog lovers themselves. Used the service for 9 days for 2 small dogs. Very accommodating and prompt response to phone calls. Would definitely use their service again. Highly recommend.

This is a very clean kennel and I would recommend it for anyone staying or traveling near Houma. Kennels : clean, temperature controlled, secure, play time. Rates were very good. He has years of experience and knowledgeable. Treated my dogs very well. Will be using his services here again on my next trip.
