Our experience with Cage Gear was extremely disappointing. While they ultimately paid the amount owed to us, it only happened after we were forced to hire legal counsel and pursue the matter formally. A business should not have to incur additional legal expenses simply to receive payment for work that was completed. Based on our experience, I would encourage other suppliers to exercise caution when extending credit or accepting work from this company. They do not pay their bills, nor return calls. Did a job for them in August 2024, and haven't heard anything form them since. Made countless efforts to get in touch, but they don't answer their phone.
Solid company. Very kind and empathic people who get the job done and care about others. Would deal with any time.
