correx base came damaged, and the haymate and cagebase liner got chewed through straight away, contacted customer services who didn’t believe me, sent photos and still to receive a response weeks later. the original cage i wanted wasn’t available but it wasn’t marked out of stock on the website. was supposed to be delivered without 3-4 days but it wasn’t until i chased that they told me it was no longer available either so had to select a different one. edit: still being ignored by their customer service three months later…
