Terrible management, cockroach infestation, bed bugs, and mice. This building is located on a heavily congested street from all the busses, N. Sheridan Rd, so parking is a nightmare and foot traffic is heavy. When I lived in this building, many packages got stolen. When I reported to building management, they shared to me a video of another tenant (masked and hooded) casually kicking packages in the elevator and there would be left only the empty boxes in the elevator. My refrigerator has been broken since last July, the building I live in has mice, roaches, and bedbugs. We contacted Cagan several times about it and they still have not done anything. I wouldn't give them a star but I have to so I could write this review.
After my experience, would never rent with them. Arjay can take a lesson in relationship management. Thanks for wasting my time.
