I see their ads everywhere but overhyped. The staff was not friendly at all. When I showed the stylist a photo and told her," I want something like this", she told me " but your hair is already like that" when I told her I want this color, she said " The color now is kind of like that already." And I ended up in weird color and weird hair style. My hair looked so much better before I got my hair done. I usually like talking to the stylist, but I ended up not talking the whole time. It was my first Japanese hair cut experience and it’s wonderful. Alisa is very attentive and gentle. The environment is very comfy and neat. Very satisfied with the hair style. Recommended for a relaxing time. Love the cute little name cards.

I had a wonderful experience here. ALISA listened carefully to all of my requests and made sure my wishes were met. She also took the time to explain any potential downsides and provided several options, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a reassuring consultation before. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve developed more concerns about my hair, so I’m really glad I was able to talk with her. Yuta at Cafune Hair salon has been my go-to hair dresser. I have always been super happy with the quality of my haircuts. Yuta is always warm and friendly. The salon has a relaxed atmosphere. The shampoo and shoulder massages are also a nice soothing touch to an already chill hair dressing appointment.
