I purchased a large sectional sofa over $7k. Having done months of research before making such a purchase I thought I was making a smart purchase. Upon delivery of the sofa (white glove, paid extra) the part than was supposed to hold the sectional together wasn't sent. Took several weeks along with phone calls and emails to finally receive the piece that my husband and I had to put together, even though we had paid for the delivery men to do this.
