We brought in our vehicle for service on a Saturday to have a replacement front windshield. When we came to pick up our vehicle (hours after time we were told it would be ready) the side trim pieces weren't put back on, the front cowling was torn to pieces,and the rearview mirror was put back on at a 45 degree angle 4 inches lower then before with wires hanging out.
