I brought Philippe a Pasquini machine that hadn't worked in 10 years, riddled with issues - and it is now making perfect espresso with thick crema and everything else a coffee connaisseur would expect. Philippe went above and beyond the call of duty by changing and updating multiple parts and cleaning the entire mechanism. I owned a Mini Vivaldi 2 for 6 1/2 yrs and was very happy with it. Unfortunately, it died a very expensive death at a repair place in Berkeley. Great service and great guy. Had an almost 20 year old machine that was sitting in a storage facility for 5 years that I inherited from a friend. Needed a lot of work, but Phillipe gave good and accurate advice regarding the repairs needed.
