Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. Joe and his team are condescending and unprofessional. I wasn’t planning on airing this publicly, but the lack of response by Caffe Tech towards my attempt at handling this matter privately has left me with no other options. Stay tuned - if this matter is not adequately resolved, I will update my review with screenshots of all correspondence and details on April 11th, 2025.
I purchased a Rocket Giotto Type R machine, and when it arrived, it had a major issue due to freezing. However, I truly felt supported by them. They sent me a new machine, which they had tested before shipping it to me. Unfortunately, it also froze. In the end, we managed to resolve the situation. Purchased a Profitec 500 a few year ago. Had a servicing issue that they dealt with quickly and even though it was technically past warranty, they honoured it.
The service at Caffe Tech is absolutely outstanding. Espresso machines are complex, and the time will come with every machine when something stops working. Joe and his staff took the time to diagnose my issue remotely, helped me perform some tests to isolate the problem, and promptly shipped out the necessary part. Truly an outstanding experience.
