This company engages in questionable business practices by shipping used or previously opened products and then relying on a return policy that appears unfairly structured in their favor. In the event of an issue, customers are directed to the manufacturer or required to cover return shipping costs and additional fees themselves, with little accountability taken by the company. Buyer beware.

(Adding clarity after response from company. I did eventually get the goods I paid for. It took 43 days with many weeks of no response or communication from the company. I followed all their instructions, yet they still seem to think they went out of their way to fulfill the order? Very bad customer experience, rude support, still would not recommend.) Don’t buy from them they have the worst customer service and never respond. My 6k machine was dead on arrival. They brand it as new but clearly shifty / fraudulent practice is on going here.

I placed an order for a Bezzera Magica Flow Control Kit. After waiting for over 7 days with no shipping update, I had to reach out myself to ask for status. Instead of an explanation, they simply cancelled my order without a single word of notice or apology. I later checked their website and found they had hiked the price back up. It’s clear they made a pricing error and chose to handle it in the most unprofessional way possible: by ghosting the customer and quietly cancelling the transaction.
