Phoned their shop to ask a very quick question before I ordered parts off their website. According to the voice recording "we don't help people on the phone". Total waste of time, sadly i'll have to purchase from US based companies that still know what support should look like

I have purchased a few espresso machine/grinder parts from Caffe Tech in the past. Recently, I reached out for some cheap grinder parts (less than $10), which they reportedly had in stock, however, after the initial email reply from Caffe Tech, no one responded to my follow-up emails about picking up the parts.
