This is where the very best coffee in the greater Seattle area is roasted. Doesn't get any fresher! Edit: Many years later, this is still my go-to for fresh roasted beans. Get the “Meaning of Life” blend for drip coffee brew. We found the Caffe D’Arte Roasting Plant online and called to confirm that we could buy coffee beans at this location. Upon our arrival, we met Danielle and Anna who could not have been any nicer and we bought our beans. Danielle was able to share a quick behind-the-scene walkabout of the roastery which was fascinating.
