Had soft swirl (olive oil and sea salt) and medium scoop chocolate and cookies ‘n panna. Scoop cookies n panna was heavy however both are good
I love the classics (CBS/Vanilla) even more than the rotations. The service is great, big friendly funny dude at the cashier does it all-saw a kid dropping her ice cream 1sec after receiving it, it all felt so sad to me until I saw the staff made her a new one free of charge right away and another staff was directed to go outside to clean up, I thought that was pretty cool.
The ice cream is always good, the line is always long, but I think the CP staff does a good job at managing the line. There’s always 1-2 friendly staff dedicated to line/crowd control keeping it moving along in orderly fashion without blocking the entire footpath. I personally have never seen line cutting or chaotic behavior, the staff chats to customers, picks up trash, reminds people to keep noise down, and helps the folks in the front order with mobile POS units-can’t replace this kind of good service with AI!
