I called twice yesterday needing help to customize two t-shirts for my grandchildren. I was told on the second call to send a picture to support, which I did twice yesterday, no response. I called today and the young lady said she can’t look at the e-mail l, but could try to help me over the phone. Updated 12.23.2024: My order was confirmed to be lost in transit by Cafe Press. They refunded me for the order, but now I’ve waited for the shipment. They won’t reship, since they gave me a refund, on my December 8, order. Hurry up and wait appears to be their motto. I will not recommend this company. 5 sets of 8 holiday postcards, on Dec 8, 2024.
