Thought it was a great deal. Inaccurate order twice has made it more of a pain than a delight. Ordered 1 Sm, 1 Md, 1Lg, and 2 Xl. Didn't receive the Md. Got 2Lg . Sent email and pictures. Customer service said they would send out a Md right away. Great! Well, another Lg showed up today. I give up. 🤦♀️ Obviously no quality control. One person will be stuck drowning in a Lg sweatshirt instead of the Md I ordered twice! Sweatshirts are nice.

I called twice yesterday needing help to customize two t-shirts for my grandchildren. I was told on the second call to send a picture to support, which I did twice yesterday, no response. I called today and the young lady said she can’t look at the e-mail l, but could try to help me over the phone. I explained to her that it wouldn’t work as how could I be sure the picture and text are lined up correctly on the t-shirt. I felt like I was begging for help!!!! Updated 12.23.2024: My order was confirmed to be lost in transit by Cafe Press. They refunded me for the order, but now I’ve waited for the shipment. They won’t reship, since they gave me a refund, on my December 8, order. Hurry up and wait appears to be their motto. I will not recommend this company. 5 sets of 8 holiday postcards, on Dec 8, 2024.
