Updated 12.23.2024: My order was confirmed to be lost in transit by Cafe Press. They refunded me for the order, but now I’ve waited for the shipment. They won’t reship, since they gave me a refund, on my December 8, order. Hurry up and wait appears to be their motto. I will not recommend this company. 5 sets of 8 holiday postcards, on Dec 8, 2024. Had a terrible experience with Cafepress trademark staffperson Lindsay Moore. We asked her politely in 2018 to have Cafepress stop marketing clothing/shirts with our registered trademark on it (other for-profit sellers were engaged in unauthorized use of our mark). She wrote back, arrogantly, that she was "not currently inclined" to respect our trademark (which is registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office) and that she would not remove the infringing shirts being sold on Cafepress.
