The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the Dr. had great bedside manner. She made me a special bandage to wear for work and took her time explaining everything to me and even recommended the right shoe for me to wear. I was very happy with the visit and the treatment to put me at ease. I will be recommending her to my friends.
Dr. Ana is truly one of a kind. She somehow managed to keep a full conversation going with my 12-year-old daughter while performing an ingrown toenail procedure—no small task, considering most adults can barely stay calm through it. She put my daughter at ease immediately and what could’ve been a stressful experience ended up being totally manageable (and even kind of fun?). I’ve been taking my 93 year old Mother to Dr. Cafengiu for over 10 years. It’s probably the only Drs office she looks forward to going to. The Dr and all of her staff have always been very patient and kind. There are closer offices but I’m happy to travel 30 minutes to be seen by an office that truly cares for their patients.
