I want this place to be successful I love the food ( mushroom soup, cauliflower soup and veggie bowl) The tall guy who helped us older the first time was so attentive. Thank you for the great staff. protien size can be bigger and charge more like $1 -2 more, maybe ? I give them all 5 stars because I really love the business and in want it to work. Salad n go close down the business already. I want this cafe zupas to work. ❤️❤️❤️ Love u 😍
Arrowhead location much better than Surprise location. Being a recently new location it’s not as clean, especially the bathroom is awful. Need to be better Surprise on service and proportions but seriously get your bathroom clean up.
Tonight my family ate at this location, and while we always have a good experience at this location, tonight was exceptional! Tonight they were hosting a school fundraiser for my son’s school, and they were busy! Line out the door, drive thru full, online orders filling up the screen, but Nick and his team seemed calm as cucumbers! This place is not good, i found a bug in my strawberry. obviously they aren’t washing them. Tried this place after seeing all the good reviews didn’t meet up to the expectations pretty disappointed. i got a salad and everything was just tossed and thrown in. my cousin came in here a week ago and had the same issue! except with soup their soup wasn’t packaged correctly and it spilt everywhere inside the box. The best thing about this place was the exit that was clear to see.
