#1 Soup and sandwich were very good. The service was less than I expected. The woman at the sandwich making station was very expressive in showing her dislike of my request to have a different condiment on my sandwich (mayo instead of honey mustard). #2 The young lady at the cash register was bagging food for a drive in window customer while the food at the register was getting cold. It would be more efficient if one person did the drive in window and one person checked out the inside customers.
I love the flavor of their soups, sandwiches, and salads. I eat here at least once a week. Sadly the last time I ordered the Southwest Potato Soup, there wasn’t a single potato in it! Cafe Zupas should do much better about quality control.

This location absolutely sucks! Ordered online order and it took them over 30 minutes to bring it out to me. Soup was still good for being lukewarm.
