I ordered online and after ordering everything received a confirmation it was ready including a text. I got to the drive thru for pick up and was told their online order system failed so I had to reorder and wait for my order without an offer for compensation in any way (ordered mobile pick up for a reason to get it and go). Lastly, when paying on the drive thru screen after ordering it doesn’t have an order confirmation button, instead it auto populates to a tip screen and chooses 15% as a default - in a DRIVE THRU. Great food and service. This is one of the trendy "walk thru line ordering what you want" set ups It was our first time. Only issue i had was that my "nuts about berries" salad had a sweet dressing...bad surprise for a diabetic! Also the work flow was disconcerting and confusing for a first timer. I recommend you download their app and use it to pre order.

Ok. So I have been wanting to try cafe zupa for a while now. I was in the area at target and when I came out I decided to google when they close. 10pm!!! It was 9:47pm and I had to be THAT person and place a quick order. So the kiosk in the drive through is super user friendly! And I cannot get over on how sweet and bubbly the employees were at the window! (Even though I came right at closing) I ordered a large matcha and barbecue brisket sandwich.
