I’m really disappointed with how slow this Cafe Zupas location operates. Every time I place an online order, it takes forever for anyone to acknowledge or prepare it. The staff moves with no urgency or motivation, and it feels like nobody cares about providing quick service. If you’re in any kind of rush, don’t bother ordering ahead here, you’ll still be waiting around way too long.
Not the friendliest staff that day. Found a hair in my salad. I should have reported it. My hair is light brown. This hair was black. So I knew it wasn’t mine. Soup was good tho and very hot. My friend that I had lunch with said hers was excellent.
Cafe Zupas is always one of my favorites. I love the Lobster Bisuque. The staff was very nice smiling and greeting. Again today it was the same and great
This is such a great place for a quick, healthy lunch!
I clicked “NO TIP” so fast because of how the workers treated there customers and this isn’t just my experience this is what I seen how they acted to others around me, not to mention they were so behind on orders, and when the workers would ask I think the “lead” of this location she gave them attitude making them feel stupid when they didn’t know a certain thing.
