I don’t have words for how different my experience was today. We have been coming here for a long while and recently it had gotten really bad. But today was amazing. The service was so wonderful and friendly. The food was the best quality I’ve seen in a long time and the restaurant has clearly been deep cleaned because it was shining. Idk if there is new management or what but really a huge improvement even from just a month ago. Also the bald happy guy helping us order was incredible and I hope he stays!

Zupas food is AMAZING, I could eat here everyday. The only issue I have with this location is the service sucks. Everytime Ive been to Zupas there is only one person infront of me but it takes 15-20mins to make a salad. I don’t understand how it takes that long when they have 4 people behind the bar. On top of that, the staff looks like they can’t wait to leave get off work, they don’t welcome you, they don’t smile, aren’t friendly and they act like they don’t even know what they are doing. Always a great option for healthy soups and salads! The "Try 2" option let's you try a soup, salad, and/or sandwich. This location was busy with pick-up orders when we had lunch on a weekday. On weekends the tables fill up.
The team was very helpful! And the food was fresh ana hot!
