If you like incredibly bad service with a serious attitude problem come here.
Do not bother ordering ahead of time at this location. They will take forever to fulfill an order 10 mins after it’s supposed to be ready. None of the staff will communicate with you and will chat in front of you instead of speaking to you. As a service related employee at my own job, this place has no motivation to do their job or care. If you’re there to just place and order and pick up, maybe you’ll have a better chance of getting your food quickly.
Waiting for 30 minutes to pick up my order today. The place was completely empty they told me they were working on it after 15 minutes of waiting I asked again and they didn't even start on it. Was here for 25 minutes and 15 minutes of it being told it was being made when it wasn't. Won't come back. It was all from the only younger female working there today around 11:30 a.m.. Plain and simple terrible service. Consistently. Don't you dare ask how long your orders going to take because you will not get an answer especially since I ordered online 35 minutes beforehand. I'm watching the gentleman who cannot give me a time frame but can make sure the people who are just ordering get their meals immediately.
