I normally love Cafe Zupas, but this last visit was not enjoyable. To start off there was very little communication in between staff about orders and you could tell they felt overwhelmed with orders. 02/2026 I have tried everything and cannot select a location in the app anymore The 1⭐ is due to pricing and because on their app they took away some customizations, they hardly ever send promos, in the past they would give you $5off$15 once in a blue moon, then was $2off and it's been quite a while since they send any promo codes, don't have any reward program for regular customers Also, seems like every new sandwich they come up lately will cost extra and initially was $1, now $1.99 extra? The restaurant opens at 11 soups aren’t ready, out of items at 11:40, no croutons, very rude staff specifically red head girl stating “It’s early” Does the restaurant not prep before opening. This is the fourth time this has happened and the staff is full of excuses for not being prepped and ready to serve customers. Lost for words on how rude she was.
