The toppings for the salad were very skimpy. Small teaspoon and not even a full one.
Service is the worst. Very slow and lazy.
I just left the Zupas at Desert Ridge Marketplace and had an absolutely wonderful experience. All the young staff were kind, polite and very respectful. The young man at the register even brought my order out to me, which was unexpected! A great experience after a stressful day! I will absolutely be back!
The first time I ordered food from here it was delicious. Salad and sandwich were amazing! Had it delivered, again, today. Ordered same thing. No cheese on the sandwich and no salad dressing for the salad. No crackers for the soup. Very disappointing. I call and the girl on the phone says that the shifts changed and it must have been packed by the previous shift. Ok.....thank you? I was really excited about discovering this place. CONSISTENCY is key. Will not be ordering from here again.
A group of us attended Paul's Car Wash on 10.22.21 to benefit Big Brothers, Big Sisters charity. We dined an Zuppa's and every member of our group loved their meals from Strawberry Salad to Lobster Salad. Yummy. I have been visiting Zupa at least once a week. I feel great after eating fresh, local food.
