I looooove zupas cauliflower soup, but whoever is making it at this location is doing a bad job. It’s always flavorless, very lumpy like it wasn’t blended fully, and more often than not just taste terrible. I thought maybe the quality had gone down for the company in general, but went to the American Fork location and the soup was incredible there. This is definitely a skill issue at this location.

The workers here were very kind, and I do want to acknowledge that first. This review is not about the staff — it’s about the food handling/material choices at the chain level. Cafe Zupas has great-tasting food, but I was disappointed to see hot foods served in plastic bowls and “ceramic-looking” dinnerware that appears to be plastic.
