FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: I ordered the Green Goddess, and it claimed to have 37 grams of protein. However, to get 37 grams of protein, you need to eat at least 150 grams of cooked chicken, and the serving size isn't even 50 grams of cooked chicken.
What is going on Zuppas? What happened to my sandwich? The power bowl is not looking very powerful for the price.
They used to be good but their portion size suddenly shrank to almost HALF of previously. I even got extra chicken on my bowl, paid $17 and change, and got something resembling a side salad. Such a shame, but it's not worth it any more for that price.
I usually order in person, but this time I used the app—and honestly, the experience was frustrating. The store wasn’t busy, yet my order took about 15 minutes. I was told they couldn’t hand it out until a specific time, even though it seemed ready. What made it worse was watching them serve multiple customers who came in after me before even acknowledging my order.
